For the record. F___ running outside. Went out yesterday for a leizure 4 mile run. I mean easy run, slow pase. Waving to the neibors slow. My f'in knee is so sore. I'm going back to the treadmill. Plus its airconditioned, and there's a TV.

Intervals have been keeping it fun for me lately. Set the time to 45 minutes. Set the incline to 5%. Walk for 5 minutes at 3.5mph then run for 5 minutes at 7mph. Alternate and cooldown for the last 5 minutes. Makes for a good workout.

I'm down. Lets do it.
Can I use your treadmill? At your house? Over dinner?
