BEAL sucks!!! you can factor 3.... you can even factor 2 with a dynamic rope....

i have a flyer II. it's a great rope. light for its size. it's got a low impact force, though, so be ready for soft catches.

better is subjective. do you want one that will take a little more wear and tear, or one that's going to be a little lighter? the difference in their rated falls is pretty much negligible.
