What do you mean "without too much rest"? Recovery is primarily rest. Supplements of any sort will not substitute for rest...maybe aid it just a very little. Without proper rest (8hrs sleep per day give or take an hour) there is no proper recovery.

As I've gotten older I find it harder to recover between climbing days. That's what I meant by "without too much rest". I still rest for sure.

Dude- from the prophet of ergo genic aids, try Vit C and E as recovery adjuncts. Seriously will decrease muscle soreness.
