Are there any "REAL" hard routes here???
you east coast climbers are real chodes. I was in Detroit yesterday, so I thought I would have another excursion into "fly over" country. The grades are still lame. big surprise, and good to see that you hardmen are still pumping up your egos by sending soft routes...........

I climb, you obviously haven't gotten on the really hard routes in the Red. Try Golden Boy, for example. I brought the smack down to one of our own crusty hard men. I mean, he finally did it, but it took discipline of a monk and months of self serving belay posse time for our man to do it. What ever- we were happy for him....

that was only bec yasi was on belay giving him all the great beta. i don't think i'll ever think of that route again w/o remembering her passionate description of the quality of that climb!endercore wrote:I climb- you should also head over to Left Flank for the classic test-piece Brother Stair. This should change your opinion of the Red. Word has it that Sharma sent second go during Rock-a-fest.
