I thought Hyperspace by Michio Kaku was a more "fun" read - Greene goes into much more detail about chemistry, etc, and I more just enjoy having my mind blown by trying to wrap it around what these people have found is possible. Hyperspace was written before the 11th dimension was deemed necessary, though, so it's a little out of date. Still a really good read, though.
I've been eying The Omnivore's Dilemma, flashmaster - thanks for the reminder; glad it was a good read.

This is a great read (recommended by Michelle) on the pitfalls of a "fixed mindset" (huge ego, IOW) and how to grasp a more "growth mindset". This can apply to any aspect of one's life - even climbing.

Close - it's 6 dimensions portrayed on a 2D medium. What was really cool was this morning I had it pulled up on my laptop and the screen was tilted at such an angle that only some of it was visible... which is supposedly what higher-dimensional objects would look like if we were to come into contact with them in our 3D world. Crazy.
