Biggest Sport Falls????
I'm kinda embarest but I fell clipping the fourth of poopy head, flipped upside down and bumped heads with my belayer, i looked up the see the ground 4 feet from my head. If my belayer could have calmed down I would have gotten back up and made the send. Otherwise, 20 to 30 footers are not that uncommon. Actually, I had my first piece of gear blow last sunday, that made for an interesting fall.

Broke a hold at the anchors special boy with two arms of slack and went about 62 feet on a 70 foot route. Meet the belayer at the first bolt.
Gone 50+ a couple more times from the top of some of the other routes, but was usually much higher up, so still was 30+ feet from the ground.
The big air rides are not all that scary, but the slabbly, swing around an aerate (henr-ry, prime directive), etc. ones, while maybe only 15 or so feet, are way more invigorating.

Oh yeah, swinging sideways around the aerate, just over the head of the belayer. Exciting for sure, but falling on Prime directive is even *better*! Since you get to slide down a slab, swing around an aerate, and pass under a roof. Highly recommended to get the blood going.

In Response to anticlimbr...I am not sure what the question was...but what happened to me was I fell horizontally...and I think thats the reason I didn't deck...but for all practical purposes....I decked. I mean when I went to stand up I went from laying supine to a squatted position...
I have yet to blow any pieces while climbing trad...and am thankful for that. They say if you survive your first year of trad you are ok....well I have almost made it. I do agree with Wes though...pendulum falls on slabs suck. Even if they arent far. I got the most beat up working a slab/low angle routes where I would fall...say...6-10 feet. That and I had an older rope that just didn't want to give like it used to.

biggest sport fall to date was on Girls Gone Wild - WOOOOOO!!!
well i didn't sound quite like that - but i sure screamed loud enough for everyone to hear! maybe 30 feet - maybe more. i went from bolt 6 to landing a bit above bolt 2 - so however far that is. not nearly as far as others - but far enough to get the blood flowing as wes would say.
