I don't use a Digital SUV, because--like a lot of gorge climbers--I already carry 8 pounds of water, a ton of sport and trad gear (ropes are heavy!), food, first aid junk (ok, I really am a jerry...), sometimes, even a laptop (...I'm much worse than a jerry)...well, you get the idea: a big camera and a bunch of big lenses would take me over the weight limit on the blue bridge. Yeah digital point & shoots!
