The advantages of not dealing with the general public day to day just mount one upon the other.

my little climber has the same crud. I blame you all. Especially you, Anti. I should dump her off at your place so I can go play.

oh, man. it's been two weeks since I first getting sick and I am finally getting over it. working with a fever and chills SUCKS. you guys should feel lucky that you can even take a sick day.

never to be standing still for so long, I even tore out two ceilings and replaced the lighting fixtures and attic wiring on the evenings I didn't have to work.

what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I am so effin strong right now and all I want to do is sleep...

I hope it was the right two ceilings this time. You know how fever messes with your mind.

now why in the world would we call in sick and give up one of the few precious sick days we have? we all know those are better spent on spur of the moment 3-day climbing trips

A lot of my students have that crap, but I haven't been sick at all this year, not even a cold. I would gladly trade you your sickness for my back.

Sure! With some of the wretchedly creative stuff I've been coughing up, we'll have a blast! Your fever hasn't broken yet? Have you taken any Tylenol or anything? A couple of those broke mine after a few hours of really weird dreams.

Anti - I think you need your temp taken rectally...you can never really get an accurate reading otherwise.

Well, that explains that. I was convinced it was endoplasm from a ghost. How long did you suck on those doorknobs to get them dripping and gooey like that?
