Climbing in Japan

anyone been climbing in southern Japan?

my aunt lives in Sasaebo (sp?) - but she's moving back to the states in the summer 2009. i'm kinda hoping to plan a trip sometime before then and am looking for info.

ask mike norman. i'm pretty sure he went there a year or two ago and got some climbing in.

One issue with Japan is that it is pretty far from the Red
