Sorry to offend some of you with the sex part. That was just supposed to be a joke to wake Jeff up at work since he's probably bored. The forum looked a little stagnent.

check out Performance Rock climbing by Dale Goddard and Udo Neumann(sp). It's one of the best books on the subject, very well rounded content.
