Dislike the word Spray?
I like to spray to my friends because I know they won't see it as me being an egomaniac. I love to hear their spray just as well. We all know how well we climb and it's cool to hear, for example, about Justin doing his new line or Kris flashing the yellow problem, or Horatio sending something I will never be able to touch. I thrive on hearing that stuff. It's more interesting than what Kinder did in my opinion because I know these guys. There's nothing wrong with that. If you're offended by someone spraying you may just be overhearing how they talk amongst themselves as friends. Just don't listen in on other conversations.

Oh yea, even worse than spray is anti-spray. It's when people feel their sends are so magical and impressive that they need not tell anyone about them. Like they are some mystery climber doing impossible routes. That's only cool if you really are sending some insane testpieces. But if you're just climbing like 99.99% of the climbers out there don't feel so afraid to tell people what you've climbed. It's fun to hear.

yeah, i enjoy talking about what climbs i've done and my friends have done. it is motivating to hear about what your friend sent - it makes you want to climb harder.
i keep track of the routes i've done mostly for myself, as anyone who checks out my (not so) extensive scorecard of (only slightly) difficult climbs.

That is what i say.
Those that say neigh
will rue the day.

For their buddhist bullshit will turn them gay. [ nah. too hateful]
how about?
For their quiet ways and good deeds shall never pay. [rhymes but not true. dammit]
Now here is a candidate.
For we shall all know that they had nothing to say.
