What a difference a year makes. last year Joseph (Rags) was kind enough to allow me to shoot his light setup for excite night, UK Gymnastics first meet of the year. And they let me hang out after the light show to shoot the gymnastics. This was a turning point for me - after that night, I started taking photography, esp. non-climbing photography, much more seriously. Which lead to shooting some wedding stuff for Chester, which now looks pretty promising. And, best of all, it got me to The Opera house to shoot a ballet, which is where I re-connected with the most amazing women, who in a couple months will be my wife. So, big thanks to Joseph, along with Chester, Mazz, Mike B., David Coyle, and everyone else who has "suffered for my art".

Anyway, enough talk, some photos:

Nice shots. No disrespect to these women, but damn they have some powerful looking thighs!
Congrats on your work, your lady, etc...

What's wrong with powerful thighs?

Beautiful, Wes!

All of it! Namaste!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

good things happen to good people, Wes, and you are good people. Your photo eye has been a major Bonus for me and it has been good to get to know you a little better--even though when you see me I am at my worst--sleep deprived, stressed out, and totally on point for the event.

keep up the good work, Wes. people will notice.

I think it's cool that you shoot lots of other subjects besides climbers. Flowers, kids, couples, scenery, critters. It's all wonderfull stuff and now you have a groovy lady too! life is good.
