Sport for Brains and Sex Show

Post by SikMonkey »

I did these two routes yesterday and found that they are pretty cool (just my opinion though). Definitely give them a go if you haven't already.

Sport for Brains is DAMN STEEP! It's a whole lot steeper than it looks from the ground for sure. It's pretty damn pumpy but I was still able to hang on for the onsight. Also, the anchors are in desperate need of replacement. I don't know anything about bolting but would be happy to go up there and fix them if someone would give me the proper instruction. Everything is really rusty and one anchor bolt is about a foot higher than the other with no chain attaching them.

Sex Show used to spook the crap out of me UNTIL I got it wired (now it feels like 11a). I got on it once or twice last year, then I came back yesterday and knocked it off. Definitely a cool route though.

What about the cooler one in the middle? I always thought those were kinda crappy compared to seek the truth.

Comparitively yes, they are of lesser quality, but not by much. I had just never done those two before. Though I think Sex Show is just as good as Seek the Truth and I liked Sport for Brains because it was a damn steep, pumpy jug haul.
