Johnny;
How is it that merely reading a book is going to make you feel guilty?

Whoa! How did the Bible get into this?
TK, yes, Dan Millman's books did have an influence in developing my book. But so did the Bible, Psychology books, self-help books, Taoist books, Castaneda books, etc.
True knowledge is out there about how the world works. Different people just have different ways to express and show it. The warrior book is simply about how one focuses attention--that's it. Yes, it goes into why people have difficulty focusing attention, but the essence has nothing to do with religion and is definitely not intended to replace someone's religous beliefs. It is a great model for being present to live your life and present while climbing, though. Most people have a lot of difficulty being present. They always want to be somewhere else, usually when they are in the middle of some chaos, like a crux.

We're sorry Arno. Every thread gets derailed here sooner or later. For the very reasons you speak of.

Thank you for putting so much effort into your book Arno. I am enjoying reading it. Just one suggestion. Maybe in your next book a small adjunct about arachnidphobia. I have this climbing friend...........

Got the book last weekend, and enjoyed reading it very much. Lots of great ideas and thoughts.

Picked up "Way of the peaceful warrior" by Dan Milliton today, and from the first couple chapters, it seems pretty cool as well.

"Way of the Peaceful Warrior" and "Sacred Journey of the Peaceful Warrior" are both really good reads. I was in Hawaii when I read the one that takes place there, which was kinda cool.

Im having a bit of trouble getting my brain around most of your book Arno. I think I'm just to old and sceptical. The attention leakage thing makes perfect sense tho and was super helpful on an fa,so I got something solid out of it I can use.I really should finish reading it.

Ynot,
each warrior process teaches something unique but they are better understood when you have read all of them. I encourage you to read it all. You can email me directly at, warriorsway@mindspring.com, and i'd be happy to discuss or clear up certain points you have questions about.
thanks for your interest.
