Just finished reading all three at the end of last week, very good for sure.

I've been reading God is Not Great and this is a nice summary of some points in the chapter "Religion Poisons Everything."

As an atheist, you'll constantly be surrounded by a swarm of believers, so having a good argument to back your stance is always nice. Not that you can have a rational discussion with most theists...but it makes me feel better anyway.pigsteak wrote:why is it all you atheists have the need to find justification for your godlessness by reading books that help support your worldview...sounds like those loonies who read the Bible and say "right on"....just the flip side of the same coin?
That, and as an atheist, its always good to investigate arguments that could potentially make you change your mind. Unlike most theists, we're actually interested in factual information, regardless of whether or not it confirms our lack of beliefs.
