Draw left for dead

Post by jeff-terri »

does Miguel's have a lost and found?
 I left a Faders draw, red/green on "to defy the laws" at left flank
made the clip but not the rope = 40' whipper
ankle kept me from retrieving draw. i left a note for anyone to turn it in at Miguel's. Left behind on 10/22/07 if anyone has seen it please let me know
Thanx

So you left one draw up high on the route? If you could not "retrieve" this draw how did you get the others down? Sounds like booty to me.

I hope your ankle is alright man, but I woulda bouty binered that one and turned it into a fixed draw somewhere in a heartbeat.

How did you take a 40' whipper on To Defy? Did you skip the last bolt going for the chains? Oh, hope the ankle is ok.

I wondered that too, but I watched someone peel while he had slack out to clip, the belay was pulled near the first bolt and he whipped that far.
