I like it. pretty cool ,taking a bunch of pictures and making something like a halogram from them.

Absolutely amazing! Imagine what this will do for climbing guides. Routefinding and bushwhacking (for better or for worse) will end.

This guy was showing this stuff recently on a new PBS show called 'Wired Science'. He explained a little bit more like how he calculates correlations between different images and estimates the angle that the images were shot from.
