Probably both. And it doesn't really matter anything you send probably should be downgraded anyway.

Its more continually 5.10 climbing with a super hard 10b move.
13c is kinda close to the actual grade Ash.

Joe Finney has some routes in Colorado that make RRG 5.10's look like cry baby pansy bitches.... I fucking hate Colorado. Bitterness. ;)
