Triple Crown
Nah.. just reality. Its sharp, and the good problems are packed during the comp. The good problems at Houndears aren't nearly as good as the good problems at HP40. I've been to Houndears 5 times or so. Twice when there was no comp going on... It still wasn't any better....

i have to agree with that part... not even a competition between houndears and HP40... although i have to say, stone fort is still better, but doesn't do a whole lot for me...
it's just fun to have that energy and motivation at the comps... it always makes me try harder

I had my first trip to Boone a couple of weekends ago..it was amazing, don't think it even hit 70 the whole time we were climbing. The rock tore my tips up but i'm totally hooked!!! I've never done any bouldering competitions plus i've never been to any of the places the comps take place so regardless of whether or not one place is better than the other, I can't wait to get out and do some awesome bouldering!!! What's even better, might be heading to Hueco after the last comp in December!!!
