Walking out of class at night an finding a group of kids with a hacky sack. (i thought they had gone extinct with my class) And to top it off they said they would teach me to break dance. 8)

extinct...we had hacky sacks in 1984...I thought they didn't make it out of the 80's.

Visiting the church where you grew up.......
Friends you've had since before you could ride the adult rides at King's Island......
Seeing the important people you've always wanted to be proud of you, and believing they are......
Firm handshakes, warm hugs, people that look you in the eye.....
Good fried chicken and real buttery mashed potatoes......
18 wheelers, UPS drivers, tractors in the field, and country drivers that pull over for a funeral procession.....

Respect, good manners, and the old honorable ways of behaving that remind you what it is to be a good person and what it is to lead a good life.

Life, because it is a truly beautiful thing.

Picking apples in the orchard at Capitol Reef National Park with my beautiful wife
Climbing classic aretes at 11,000 feet overlooking the great basin with my beautiful wife
Seeing 3 elk while on the trail to a crag through stands of aspen and ponderosa. And watching the aspens turning gold as days get shorter.

A cold Ale-8 from an unexpected visit.
