Camping @ the Red

Having problems finding a crag or a route?

Camping @ the Red

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the closest, and best place to camp near the red if miguels is full wich i'm sure it will be? I do want to camp to so no trailer parks and old folks.

Wilson Lodge if you want a room....Middle Fork is close....Whittleton is close....and THeres lag linda...beautiful....but its in beatyville and not exactly close....

You can obtain a back country permit from the shell station and camp anywhere 500 feet from the road...great experience! :D Good luck!
