Homosexual Duo claim FHA of AWOL, RRG, KY

Post by Horatio Felacio »

On August 28, 2007, the First Homo Ascent of AWOL was established at the infamous Roadside Crag of the notorious Red River Gorge in Kentucky, USA. On the evening of July 28th, Ray Ellington and Matt Massey began the trek in to the Roadside crag. A brutal 8 minutes of hiking, the "Two Faggoteers", as they refer to themselves, came upon the AWOL and decided to wait for better conditions. This also gave them a chance to continue the sick training seshes' at the Ray&Michelle Garage. The fags returned almost one month later, on a rather mildewey Augst 28th morning to find the route open and gumby-free. The pair set out at 10:30 am, and and after a near fatal fall (see pic below), both reached the summit just after 10:40 am that same day, claiming the FHA. On the descent, the pair passed Rick Weber and Terry Kindred who had planned on claiming the FHA.

Congratulations you two!

Ray Ellington catching Matt Massey falling from above on the serious AWOL at the Roadside Crag. Notice the excessive crotch-grabbing during the near-death experience, giving undeniable proof to the First Homo Ascent.

Too late pal, Ashtray and I got that thing years ago.
'Darling, may I please be excused for a moment?
I have to shake hands with a very dear friend of mine, whom I hope to introduce you to after dinner.'
The polite way to excuse yourself and take a piss.

I heard you stick-clipped the first bolt...Ray and Matt did the true FHA - ground up, sans stick clip and pre-hung draws.

Way to go Ray and Matt!

I think what you two have discovered there is a patentable artform. You know like a celebratory dance in the end zone or a figure skating or gymnastics routine.

Ray and Matt are real sweethearts and true faggots but there weren't even any bolts in the thing when we tagged our team ascent. Only the rainbow sized TCUs (these things fit any sized cracks) were used for gear.
