If I'm at the home page, I click "View posts since your last visit", I click one of the threads and read the new content. Then I click the back button on my browser and I get...

The Online Guide is screwed up and will be fixed. I think I know what the problem is but I don't know how to fix it yet. All of the data is still there so don't think anything has been lost.

This site *had* to be upgraded. I was many versions behind and this version offers way more security than the version I was on. Numerous bugs and vulnerabilities have been fixed which will prevent the site from being h@acked and maybe lost for good. The original site had a lot of modifications and when an upgrade is performed you unfortunately have to reinstall all of the modifications. The mods are cool and make the site better but they're a pain because of that. I will reinstall them though.

I've been wanting to do this for a long time and have been putting it off because I knew lots of modifications would break. I built the entire site on a separate box this weekend and worked on many kinks before I put it live. The problem is I had PHP 5 on the test box and I have an older version of PHP on the live box. I could probably upgrade PHP on the live box but I ran out of time this weekend. I have finals this week so I won't have time until after Wednesday to try the PHP upgrade.

Everything *will* be fixed eventually. Just please bear with me until I have time to work through the issues.

Thanks.

Thanks. I've been dreading this upgrade but I figured there's no better time than when it's 120 degrees outside and I'm injured. :)

The "Last Post" column on the Forum page no longer tells you what thread the last post was made in...but maybe you already knew that

Can we start the ticklist over again, because I sent four new 5.12's today and I am sure that will put me in the lead for a while. I even beat "Mr. 700" Chriss today, loser.

Thanks.

Im not very computer literate, Ray, and had no idea how much work went into maintaining this site. I didn't understand a word of what you said earlier.

I appreciate all the hard work.

I'll wait until you've declared the upgrade complete before posting any bugs.

By the way, the site has functioned great on an ancient iBook with Explorer (still running OS9) and on a brand new iMac with Intel and Safari.

You can tell it's a labor of love.

Thanks.
