atc left at muir valley (hideout/great wall)

Hi friends,

My buddy left a blue atc with a twist lock carabiner (orange closure) at Muir valley by boltergeist last weekend. if anyone found it drop me a post/pm, i'll be down on tuesday.

it wasn't left on a route, my friend george left it on a tree while he packed up his pack...

I have the atc and biner. I've added it to my booty pile of project draws and stuff I've taken out of abandoned packs at the bases of routes. I'm going to have to get a bigger apartment to store all this crap.

when you went to work the other day, I took the atc from your apartment. you weren't there, so I figured it was abandoned booty. it's in my garage for the next thief.

Why did someone have a rappelling device at the Muir? Is there good sport rappelling in the area?

my friend was rappelling after cleaning the anchors...sport rappelling is for chumps by the way...chumps and people who are too lazy to climb up
