HP 40

What are the temps like at Horsepens 40 in December? I am looking to go then; is precipitation fickle? Is the bouldering worth the trip?

The temperature will be pretty cold, just be prepared with lots of warm loose clothing. The bouldering is totally worth it. It is actually better at HP when its cold, HP has tons of slopers and cold rock and tight skin go great together.

not to be a smart@@@, but asking if HP is worth it; is like a big wall climber thinking about going to Yosemite;
it is a no brainer; HP bends your imagination. It is like a dream; only it is real.
