Oh! I won't be able to help 'cause I'm still on the endangered species list. :(

Thanks for all your hard work.

Namaste, Friends!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

Dr. Bob is dropping off some posters @ Miguel's today so if any of you gym rats are climbing this weekend stop on by and take one home to post up at the gym.

perhaps we should take some precautions to ensure good weather
READINGTON, N.J. (AP) -- Organizers think they've found the secret to good weather for this weekend's Quick Chek New Jersey Festival of Ballooning - a virgin.

According to an imported superstition, good weather can be assured through a ceremony involving a virgin, some knives and fresh, whole onions and peppers.

although where we'd find a suitable virgin in this lot of climbers is beyond me!

Miguel has some and we do as well. Let me know if you need one. Please post as many as you can and tell all your climbing partners. Everyone that shows up and every tool donated will get us grant money from the state.
