A Mormon temple was built a few years ago in Crestwood.

oh. cuz there's a lot of em out here.....
Christy, have you ever ridden your bike through the highlands or St. Matthews? It is terrifying. Anywhere around Cherokee is a high risk zone, IMO..... Broadway is a big wide street that is straight.... I wouldn't be too worried on that one, I guess... but never had any reason to be on my bike over there. I lived in the land of middle aged housewives in giant SUVS who would rather kill me than be courteous.

I have ridden my bike right down Cherokee. That is when you have to take a lane for surel. If they see you, they won't run you over. Unfortunately, you have to force them to be courteous. Its the law. I live in the Highlands, so I do ride in the area. Anyone who can't share the road with bikes can kiss my ass!!!
P.S. I have had a couple of beers and did wreck my bike on the way home from waterfront wednesday. But, its all good. I only have a skinned elbow. Plus, its all Scotts fault for insisting we take the stupid sidewalk anyway. Thats my story & I'm sticking to it!
