Get well soon Liz.

Where is the emergency plan posted that Rick mentioned?

In her typical selfless fashion, Liz was more upset that she was ruining our climbing day than she was about herself.

Get well soon Liz.

Sorry this happen, right before your comp. I broke my leg a month before I planned to go to Bishop, I had booked my flight and everything. I am sure you'll heal up quickly.

Will you be at the house next weekend, we can stop by and sign your cast!

I really hoped it was Liz's trekking pole that snapped but well unfortunately it wasn't, thanks to all the folks who helped, Enoch and I stayed out of your way! Good Luck with a speedy recovery!

sorry to hear about the break but very happy to hear you were in good hands-- Your competition will just have to wait another year to be schooled by you! I hope the healing process is quick and not too frustrating.

Congratulations on your 40th that is an amazing accomplishment especially in this day and age.

What a bummer, hope it woks itself out without too much trouble. Bright side, did you get to ride in a chopper?

Congrats to both of you on 40 years, that is awesome!

Liz, sorry to hear about the accident. I had the same break in a bouldering fall in the days before pads. The only broken bones I've ever had. I'm sure you will be itching to get out that cast soon just like I was. At the recommendation of a friend, I followed up PT with yoga & got back my full range of motion.

Congrats to both of you on the anniversary.
