Dogs aren't the worst threat to closure, humans are.

Still, everyone obey the freaking rules and tell people whne you see them breaking them.
i'm not pulling that card. if he was around he'd be leashed to me if need be. or we wouldn't go to crowded places.

all i'm saying to dog owners is this. if your dog is not leashed and they are not in your sight for even a second, you do not know what they are doing. good dogs are bad from time to time. hell mine ate my sandwich when i left him in the car for one minute alone. humans are an access issue. when they bring dogs, (off the leash) they have multiplied it tenfold. i like dogs, just not all the time.

As in the closure of Torrent, this is a respect issue. The land owner may or may not be a climber, but if they open the property to climbers or anyone else....... respect the rules.

Unfortunately it is not a dog problem. The dog did not drive to the crag and create the problems. It is the nature of a dog to be a dog.

Unfortunately, it is also the nature of disrespectful humans to disobey the rules and disrespect good people like Rick and Liz. I actually hoped that the closing of Torrent would send a message about respect. It saddens my heart that it did not. You might as well flip the land owners off every time you walk by them and say fuck you and I am going to do whatever I want to on your beautiful land.

Its too bad people cannot follow simple rules and respect the land owners that have been so nice to give us access to climb in their backyards.

And you live in some conjured up fantasy world mired in a particularly gooey sentimental muck.
