That's probably Cumulus (or something like that - I can't find my guidebook) - I think it's rated like 10b, but it's tough. I drew the 'long straw', so I got to belay and clean. It was easier than leading, but the hanging belay is right at the lip of the overhang - 'exposed' is an understatement. I had to do a fair amount of mental work to keep it together with my rump dangling over the talus...

That's a tough introduction to limestone. Personally, I'd suggest the South of France (where rosemary and thyme grow out of the cracks) for a nicer example of the stuff. :wink:

I've been wanting to get on Huecos Rancheros for a while now and haven't managed to get up there. Maybe next trip....
