Does this include deep water soloing?

"Honestly officer I was just rock climbing and fell off!"
I see they are still lopping off mountains in Eastern Kentucky. Electricity isn't cheap.

Grayson was first on the Ky list. All it takes is hitting a rock underwater and you're another statistic.

Should they make it illegal to camp in the RRG, too? I'll bet lots more dumbasses succomb to Darwinism falling off cliffs in the middle of the night than do deep water soloing.
I resent legislation that caters to the lowest common denominator, and that's exactly what this is.

It's no different than a stop sign going up at every intersection where some moron dies.
The theory of evolution is just as stupid as the theories of gravity and electromagnetism.

All I know is that It states that you cannot dive off the cliffs but if you were to fall off the cliff while climbing up I'd assume it's legit.
