That's funny man. That is definitely *not* the movie you want to admit to liking if you're trying to pick up a girl. Especially a deaf girl!

Reign Over Me with Adam Sandler. Excellent but extremely depressing movie.
Freedom Writers with Hilary Swank. True story of an amazing English teacher. Feel good movie.

Blades of Glory. I laughed so hard I was crying for about 20 minutes. The bootleg North Korean footage was the best part.
Screw you guys. I'm going bowling.

I loved the end of death proof (second segment of grindhouse) and I want to know when Thanksgiving comes out :)

I really enjoyed Offside (Farsi w/ English subtitles). It's playing at the Mariemont Theater, but as a caveat, you lose a lot to the subtitles. They can't convey the humor in the dialogue, but the movie still does a good job of depicting the ridiculousness of the restrictions placed on women in Iran. For me personally, it was fun to hear that much Farsi, since I don't get to hear it in day-to-day life, aside from conversations with relatives.

The Prestige with Christian Baile. Good suspense movie about two magicians trying to one up each other.

I liked The Prestige, too, even though I was creeped out for a couple days afterwards. Also, Pirates of the Caribbean III comes out tomorrow! Woohoo! :D
