He sure doesn't sound like the guys who get sent out for first-round calls by Comcast around Chicago. Alot of them aren't idiots, but the system is set up so they can't really fix anything other than swapping out your box.

You need something done up on the pole? Oh, that's a different service call. They may be out next week.... (or not, who knows?)
