Tim Steele is out west (Cali still, I think)... he was teaching, but quit that and developed the website for the olympics a few years back.
I know he's still climbing, because I see his posts on mountainproject.com from time to time...
Where are they now?

Porter
Back at that time, he was in his prime
When Climbing was not well known.
With a handful of gear and donning no fear
His mission — to perforate stone.
Into the Gorge, like ol’ Saint George
He went forth for dragons to kill.
And in there he found beasts all around
Waiting for a taste of his drill.
From bedframes, his hangers; his bolts were old bangers
But, many are there ‘til this day.
His hardware - t’was clunky, but this guy was no flunky.
His routes? Much more than “okay.â€

Fetch up a rock and throw it
At this poor excuse for a poet.
