How about posting the link to the newspaper, the wire service that ran it, any legit news organization rather than a link to a climbing forum. Beileve everything you read on RRC?

IMO, the image doesn't wash as reality. How about photographers, looks a little too perfect?

Get defensive much?

Ran a google for CO newspapers, top hits for Boulder were Colorado Daily and Colorado Daily News. Checked both and did a search for Timmy O'neill on their sites using their search engines, returning zip in the news. One of 'em had an ad for a $29 video of Timmy. Also did a Timmy and Boulder search straight outta google and came up empty for bomb scare.

So instead of just being presumtious, getting your wad all up in a knot, assuming I'm just fronting on your ass and then preening yourself for being 'the man' just post the link to the original source. Or should I walk you through it?

Oh, and 'hilarious shit' is just a matter of opinion.

presumtious? do you mean presumptuous?

I think it might be a good time to get something positive for the community out of your ineptitude and paranoia , which by the way goes nicely with this story. You haven't been in Boulder recently calling the cops have you?

If you send a $50 donation to the PMRP I'll guide you through the 30 second process I used to verify the stories validity, for $100 I'll give you the direct link.

so give it some thought while I go back to preening for being the man and wadding my knots

Google for "boulder colorado newspaper" and Daily Camera is the first hit. Search within their site (search box on main page) for "O'Neill" and the first story is the one he got the picture from.

Here's a link to the article. Search for stuff on the intertubes much?
