All I need is the place to find,

Right now I'm listening to the Mermen. Something live I downloaded from Internet Music Archives. Before that, Yo La Tengo:Two Hearts Beating as One. Before that, Albert Ayler: Spiritual Unity.

The show was amazing. Lucinda came across as a very cool person, she did requests and just seemed to be up there having fun. And DAMN can she sing! The people at the show were less amazing. I really hope that is not a solid sampling of the general population of the 'ville, because if so, then I feel sorry for anyone that lives there.

one of the coolest things i've ever seen was lucinda live at the lexington oprah house about a week or two after 9/11. truly a "we must go on" type performance full of emotion from both the performers and the audience.

Carrie Rodriguez, she opened for Lucinda the other night, pretty good country/bluegrassy/folk/rocky sorta mix. She plays a hella fiddle...
