Items for RRO...

Post by Wes »

Hey, it is very cool the way everyone is coming together to help out. I was there today, and it was heart breaking for sure. Not only did Matt and Amy loose everything, but JR and Eric Cox were also effected.

Here are some things that are needed:

Older shoes and harness in good repair for guiding
helmets
Pro deal ropes
Sport Draws
Big cams
Clothes for Matt, Amy, and JR
Bolting gear (we lost three drills and all the stuff that goes along with it)
Hangers
Bolts
Road Bikes and gear
And food is also welcome.

If anyone can help out with loner or cheap/free Laptop, Ipod, and Truck that would be amazing.
Eric Cox lost has digital dSLR and gear (Nikon) so if anyone can help with that as well.

I have two pair of good women's climbing shoes they can have....they are in good condition, maybe three pairs, have to check...where can I send them??? Won't be able to deliver them in person but will mail them somewhere asap...along with some clothes for everyone.

If Paul's rack isn't big enough they're welcome to mine for the same period of time. Just let me know.
Screw you guys. I'm going bowling.

I'll be heading to the Red from downtown Cincy on Friday. Get in touch with me if you need a courier. I can stop by RockQuest on Thursday evening around 5pm to pick things up if that's a good drop-off point for people.

What size does JR, Eric, and Matt and Amy wear?

I may have some jeans I'll give.

Thanks Wes,

Are there any other "creature comforts", other than clothes, food, and support we could bring together to make Matt and Amy more comfortable in the mean time? Drop off point?

Glad they made it out alive.

sorry, missed these before.

if my car is good to go tonight, i'll make a trip down there this evening. consider the laptop covered as they can use mine indefinitely.

for eric, i have a nikon slr (not a digital) that he can use.. if he won't laugh at me for being so old fashioned as to still use film ;)

I seem to remember that there was a Dan Beck who is a guide for the tacketts this season. Does anyone know if he was affected and what we can do for him?
