there's only one way to settle this....a race. We will each get in our cars and race from downtown bloomington to nada tunnel. Just like in Cannonball Run.

If anyone is interested just PM me.

Eric, due to the fact that your through Paoli route is stinky slow...I accept your challenge and put on the line my 2007 RRG land donation of $75. If I lose I'll bump it up to $100, If I win, it stays at $75 and you pitch in the extra $25. I propose this race takes place on the evening of April 26th, with an 8pm start from the square. This debate will be settled.

you're just saying that so that I will go to the gorge and climb with you that weekend. I'm not falling for your trap.

First, I am never wrong and don't ever doubt my skills.

Second, I will gladly stand by my route and defend it against those who claim otherwise.

Third, I am available the weekend of May 12 to settle this argument and will gladly post an entry fee to be donated to the RRGCC.

I cannot deny the alterior motive, I could really use your help that weekend. I am taking a group of 28 mostly new climbers, we will be trouncing all around to different crags. In hoping to keep our impact to a minimum I have only allowed for 10 of these new climbers to bring their dogs. We've rented three of them big vans, you can drive one of them to make the race fair. Also, one dude says that he will bring his ATV in a trailer so we won't have to actually walk to get to the base of the climbs, he will just transport us. It should be fun.

Eric, it was settled with my many trips to/from Bloomington. You can go ahead and pay the RRGCC now. Thanks ... it's much appreciated!

Hey Todd, good to hear from you. It has been awhile. I'm down for the next two weekends. This weekend with my son and next with whoever I can roust. If you'll be around either of those weekends, shoot me a PM. The Red Rocks trip was sweet. I still have some pics up at: http://home.earthlink.net/~lbeaman7098b/.

I say take 37 south and head toward Bedford, that way you can stop and warm up on the many fine routes over on Unlikely Wall!

To keep it fair and eco-friendly, you should all drive 55mph the whole way.
