How about all the land preserved in the gorge b/c of climbers? PMRP, muir, etc.
think it makes up for the other impacts??

there is also the fact that I hardly ever see plain hikers at the crags used for climbing, and climbers love to see bolts on rock. I know there are exceptions so don't go quoting them all, I am only talking about the majority of hikers and climbers at the red. and trad climber opinions don't count.
