The latter is just a reminder of climbing!
What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

You can spend your entire weekend pulling down hard. Conquering that bastard route. Or go on a two month vision quest work out/weight loss beng trying to get to the next level. And through all your efforts you can't go to work the next day or have a beer with your neighbor discussing your accomplishment or hardships that you encounter along your path to stealer sending power. Well you can, but they just think your nuts. Thats were this site fills the void. And thats pretty fun too.
