Materials for "naturals"

Somebody PM'd me about the gymnastics pad I bought. Here are some pics of it. It's 5'x10'x18". We took falls from the roof onto our backs last night and it was no problem. Should keep me from killing myself.

Nice wall that I definitely be interested in checking out. I don't think I'd paint the whole wall with textured paint. Maybee just a few swaths of texture on the lower portions. If you are interested in RQ type naturals, those were made with industrial epoxy and then painted over with the textured paint. If I had my own wall I'd being looking into getting some of the insets from Synrock: http://www.synrockholds.com/insets.html

Pretty cool, Captain-- the added benefit being that you won't slam your elbows and knees on holds on the way down.

Not to worry on his wall the thing is pretty over hung. You'd have to have a pretty gravey route up to worry bout clippen jugs on the way down.

here's mine - i got tons of texture on the panels. there's benefits and drawbacks but overall i like it.

KD, Your wall looks sweet. Did you use the sand / paint trick for texture?

thanks! i did i mixed it as mentioned above and used a drill mixer to ensure consistiency. A high-nap roller is pretty handy too.
