Glucosamine will do wonders if the problem is in the joints. Does'nt stop tendon pain. Try it, at least you can tell what the problem is. Once you stop taking it the pain returns so it isn't a cure but it does work well.

you can get software that has voice recognition and you'd never have to type again. one of my students has brittle bone disease and he uses it..... it is called dragon something.

Maybe put your pennyloafers on and play some badminton...with protective equipment of course...and not outside...and by playing, I really mean reading a book about badminton...and by that I mean having someone turn the pages for you so your shoulders don't become inflamed.
