Body Found
prmp murder
dang! we should have bought a safe crag in a safe place maybe a gym in detroit or east LA or anacostia - at least people wouldn't be dumping bodies there.
This sort of activity is not new to the Red. I have a cousin who has been an invalid since 1975 due to an attack in the Gorge. I don't believe it was drug related, but in the 70s who knows? The guy the police found with Gary's car and wallet said he just wanted to know what it felt like to kill someone.
Sad. He had just been accepted in medical school.

What I love about running is you can meditate while running. It's a peaceful place.

The way I read the article, the cops arrested him for marijuana possession and paraphernalia. Sorry I have never heard of two guys smoking some pot and getting into a fight and one killing the other. It didn't mention anything about fields of pot, distributing, or anything of the like, so I didn't assume it was over protection of somebodies dealing or crop. Thats what world I'm from. Plus when I talked to the guys son it sounded like the guy that killed him is psychotic to have disemboweled the guy and dragged him everywhere. To me it sounds like there was some personal motive. Just how I saw it.Are you kidding?? Where are you from that this would shock you?

Up here in the big city, the locals are smoking weed with embalming fluid on it, I here it is quite potent and has psychotic effects on some users.
Afterall, Cincy is on a roll, we had 86 killings, and 175 shootings last year, were at 6 killings and 12 shootings currently. I dont suggest these are related, but the timeline for hearing of the new trend was at the beginning of last year, then again, they have always had laced weed???? who knows!

You may be right Gunslnga.
"Deadly Attack by 14-Year-Old on ‘Wet’
In the Philadelphia suburb of Morrisville, a 14-year-old boy fatally stabbed a 33-year-old neighbor more than 70 times in May 2000, after smoking wet he purchased in Trenton, N.J. The boy, who said he took "wet" to quiet the voices in his head, is serving a seven-year sentence in a juvenile facility."
Wet is weed laced with embalming fluid.

I'm a firefighter/paramedic in Dayton (which is ranked 18th most dangerous city in the country, due to its high murder rate per capita), I've never seen or heard of a violent crime soley due to marijuana smoking. The only thing most pot smokers are killing; is a bag of doritos, or a box of donuts. There may be violent people who smoke weed, but its unlikely that weed sets them off. Now other drugs may very well play a role in violence, I've just never witnessed weed being a factor. Like what Ray said "the kid smoked to quiet the voices"; which tells me he already wasn't right in the head, whether he smoked weed or not. Just an observation.
