Does anyone notice the decrease in potency of Redbull when you drink coffee in the morning? Im not the only one to say this but most the others are in our group of climbers. It also turns my pe really yellow and smelly. A good buddy of mine thats not a climber said that was dehydration setting in but I dont feel that bad. Sometimes when I drink many Redbulls my joints hurt for days. But thats like 6 in a cragging session.
Thats just the caffeine alone. In the end its like alcohol, its not how you drink it but the total quantity.
