Freaking out on a climb?

This has been shown to induce relaxation without drowsiness and it's in green tea!

Sand inhibits the production of toughtosterone, so get it out and send.

I have had success w/ L-Theanine in the past.... but I never even thought about using it while climbing. I took it a lot when I was driving through DC traffic. It works wonders for road rage. And it doesn't make you tired like Valerian, or Kava Kava, or Hops do. I am a fan of it.

Solaray makes an affordable supplement..... you'd probably have to ingest quite a bit of green tea to get the active constituents in an effective amount.

Tried that around the office, I find after awhile you have to kill more and more to get the same calm. Luckly new users keep showing up.
