When I run in the cold...I need to have my ear warmers...and I love under armour...it's wonderful. I wear under armour tights...and then I have some good long sleeve shirts. I also have found that running in my patagonia fleece is wonderful. Check out a running store and look at their cold weather stuff...It's actually not that bad running in the cold...

running is for chumps...and people with knees that work properly. sorry for my bitterness, i just miss being able to run
