Just learn one-handed Dvorak for the left hand. ;)

I'm temped to marker over my keys and go for that. The colon placement  looks vim friendly.

When I was learning it (and by "it" I mean two-handed Dvorak-- I messed around with the one-handed Dvoraks one summer at an internship, but never stuck with them; two-handed Dvorak, however, I used for a couple years and really liked), I just kept a printout of the layout next to my screen - glancing at that's almost as good as markering over your keys. Actually it looks like Dvorak was a vim user - in both the right and left handed layouts, he's got the colon and the shift keys on the same hand.

Bennets fracture? I did that on my bike about three years ago. Caught my thumb when I went down and it got pulled back and broke.

Yasi turned me on to "it" several years back and I've been using it ever since.
I tried the one handed Dvorak when my hand was broken but it really didn't work out for me.

I had a thumb spica splint and could climb with it after about the second week when the swelling went down. You can't flex your wrist and your thumb kind of gets in the way, but as long as you pull straight down using an open grip you can climb alot of stuff. Clipping and placing gear was next to impossible with that hand, though.

I got X rays done yesterday and my hands healing up well, In three more weeks The pins come out and its back to Wednesday night bouldering at Don's. I still have a little bit of rash left and my knees are still a bit week but time is quickly healing my wounds.

I have to give a shout out to UofL medical staff, Oldham county EMS, and Fulmar Helmets for doing an excellent job keeping me alive and putting me back together.
