Could I please get some guidance on sending PMs on RRC?
I have observed that when I send a PM, rather than being transmitted to the addressee, it resides for quite some time in my OUT box. In the current case, one I sent more than 36 hours ago has not yet left the OUT box.
I seldom use PMs, preferring instead to email directly those people whose email addresses I know, but I have observed this delay each time I have tried to send a PM.
Neither my SENT box, nor my IN box are close to capacity.
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
