I agree that the box in the PMRP is a bad idea. Enough people stop by Miguel's and RRO before/after climbing that they could just donate at those locations.

What about posting a sign or plaque at the crags on the PMRP that would read something like:

Welcome to Shady Grove, one the many great climbing areas that resides on the PMRP.

"Did you know your climbing on private property?
The members or the RRGCC and gracious donors are in the process of purchasing this land to secure access forever.
Have you done your part to keep this crag open?
If not, please visit www._______.com, every penny counts!



By posting these are the crags and not parking areas we have captive audience as opposed to the kiosks that unfortunately so many people just walk by.

Ok, forget about the boxes, what about a sign that explains the situation when you enter the PMRP? Clue people in? :D
Hauling a big ego up a route adds at least a full grade.
