Which parking lot do you park in to get to the Rival Wall and the Shire? Thanks!

The same parking lot you park in for the Gallery, Volunteer Wall, Shadegrove, etc. But instead of walking towards the trail to those walls, you walk the opposite way, towards the back of the parking lot, and across the little bridge.
Does he have a strange bear claw like appendage protruding from his neck? He kep petting it.
